Each workout is designed to give you max results in as little as 20 – 45 minutes. Workouts focus on strength using weights and body weight and cardio through High Intensity Interval (HIIT) training. Demos and modifications are given in each video. ALL fitness levels are welcome!
While you don’t ever really need equipment to get in a good workout, we’ve designed the Summer Shape Up to give you the fastest results in the littlest amount of time. Because of that we have thrown in some great strength workouts that include dumbbells (5-10 lbs depending on fitness level), fitness bands, a jump rope, yoga mat and a kettlebell or heavier weight. We do offer modifications if you do not have these pieces of equipment.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once you have signed up for the Summer Shape Up Challenge you will be added to the private Facebook page. Please friend Jena Pugh or Mary Lauren Eubank to be added. For access to the video demos login to JaxStrollerStregnth.com using the same login and password you used to sign up for the challenge. The video demos will be listed under the Summer Shape Up tab on the home page. Each week’s demos will be displayed before the week begins. We recommend you stick to the schedule we provide but feel free to move things around to better fit your workout schedule.
