Jax Stroller Strength offers bootcamp-style classes that incorporate elements of strength-training, cardio and flexibility. Each class is unique utilizing circuits,high intensity interval training and different variations of running. In addition to 5 lb or 10 lb dumbbells that are recommended for class, Jax Stroller Strength uses a variety of equipment from training ropes and BOSU balls to TRX and kettlebells. It is our goal to increase cardiovascular endurance, core strength, flexibility and to keep your body guessing.
