Fitness Challenge

Twice a year Jax Stroller Strength holds 6- and/or 8-week challenges. Each challenge is designed to help you set and achieve nutrition, fitness and personal goals. Throughout each challenge you will perform fitness tests, log food, attend special events, enjoy team outings and most important be a part of a community of other like minded mamas. Challenges are open to those new to fitness as well as the seasoned athlete. And as always, kids of all ages are welcome. Our next fitness challenge will be held in the fall. Stay tuned for dates.
